A Richmond sanitation worker has died while on the job. Danny Caldwell who worked at the Wastewater Treatment Plant was found submerged in a clarifier tank. Caldwell’s body was taken to the Montgomery County Coroner’s officer in Dayton, Ohio for an autopsy and toxicology tests.
