The Muncie Journal reports the City of Muncie has announced the appointment of Kevin Nemyer to the position of City Controller. Nemyer has a Master’s of Business Administration from Ball State University and has extensive experience in management, supervision and cost control. He has also served on the Delaware County Council as Finance Committee Chair and on the Liberty-Perry School Board where he oversaw the school corporation budget.
