The crown goes to Lexie Manor, named 2017 Delaware County Fair Queen at this past weekend’s pageant. She was one of 11 contestants vying for the prize. As winner, she’ll compete for the the Indiana State Fair Queen title. She wins $750 cash and other prizes including her tiara. She’ll be a senior this fall at Delta High School.
