WWII Vet Finally Receives His Medals

A World War Two veteran is awarded medals decades after his service. Ninety-three-year-old Paul Wagner was given five medals during a ceremony in Indianapolis. Indiana Senator Todd Young presented the medals to Wagner, which includes the Bronze Star, POW Medal and Combat Infantryman Badge First Award. Wagner was injured during the Battle of the Bulge and taken as a prisoner of war. He was released four months later but spent another month in a hospital before coming home.
