Three people have been arrested after the report of suspicious persons sitting in a car in the 1700 block of South D Street in Elwood. Police investigated and found meth and paraphernalia in that vehicle. Megan Egle, Jeremy Rhea and Roxanne Meckem, were taken into custody and transported to the Madison County Jail.
