A crash into a utility pole cost a 19-year-old Muncie man his life. Police say the impact didn’t kill him, but he was electrocuted early Sunday after stepping out of his vehicle and coming into contact with an electrical line. It happened on Wheeling Avenue. The victim is Alexander Cullum.
