Suspect In Shooting Admits To Stealing Rifle

A 14-year-old who allegedly shot a younger boy in the head with high-powered air rifle three weeks ago has admitted to stealing an air rifle from the Anderson Kmart store. The teen, charged with theft, aggravated battery, and felony criminal recklessness remains in the Madison County Youth Center awaiting trial August 4.
