Sentencing is set for July 19th for a man who told police he was on a meth binge when he killed a man in his southside Muncie home. 37 year old Jeremy Wayne Bisel didn’t know his victim, 27 year old William Stover-Laudermilt, who was killed on October 11th. Bisel claimed his account of what happened was foggy because he had been using meth for ten days.
