The new $4 million Daleville Town Hall Park and Splash Pad are open for business. Within the complex are two playgrounds, a splash pad and public restrooms, concessions, performance pavilion, shade canopies, storm water planters, and a paved walking trail that winds around the re-vegetated stream, and new parking areas. The Muncie Journal reports there is also a performance areas that can hold 3 thousand people.
