A Muncie teen is dead after being electrocuted. 19-year-old Alexander Cullum was killed when he came in contact with an electrical line brought down during a crash. Cullum’s car went off the road along Wheeling Avenue and struck a utility pole. The Delaware County Sheriff’s office says Cullum got out of the vehicle and at some point touched an electrical line.
