Moms Could Face Criminal Charges

Mothers of babies born addicted to drugs could face criminal charges. That’s the word from Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings. One local hospital reports the number of addicted babies has doubled while the other says numbers at that hospital are also on the rise.
