Making a difference in Muncie: Union Chapel Ministry’s 16th Annual “SERVE” Week is taking place next week. More than 450 children, youth and adults will serve Muncie residents and non-profits with acts of kindness. The weeklong outreach will culminate with the “Party in the Parking Lot” on Friday, the 23rd.
