Madison County Takes Cooker Out Of Needle Exchange Kit

The cooker is out of the kit in Madison County. The Board of Health made the decision this week in connection with the county’s needle exchange program. That cooker is a small metal bowl that addicts use to cook heroin before they use it. They’re also setting hours and locations for the program.
