A Farmland woman has been formally accused of driving drunk at the time of a May 28 crash that killed her 6-year-old daughter. The crash saw 28-year-old Jessica Marie Skeens’ van leave the Muncie Bypass and roll east of Meeker Avenue, killing Taelyn Woodson, who police say was not properly restrained in a child seat. Skeens’ three other children escaped serious injury.
