Charges have been dropped against a former Ball State University student accused of threatening shoppers at a Muncie Goodwill store unless they converted to Islam. The prosecutor this week filed a motion to dismiss after 24-year-old Khalid Sulaiman Bilal was deported to his native country, Saudi Arabia.
