Low-income 4-year-olds in Delaware and Madison counties are among those newly eligible for the state’s pre-kindergarten pilot program. Governor Eric Holcomb has announced that participating local providers in these counties will be expected to enroll children for the 2018-19 school year, with the possibility of a limited program beginning next January.
