The new $4 million Daleville Town Hall Park and Splash Pad is open for business. Within the complex are two playgrounds, a splash pad and public restrooms, along with concessions, shade canopies, and a paved walking trail. The Muncie Journal reports there is also a performance area that can hold 3 thousand people.
