Not everyone is happy that Marsh has found buyers for 26 of its 44 stores. CVS has filed an objection to the sale after they learned that both buyers plan to open pharmacies at the locations they plan to buy. CVS’s objection stems from an agreement they had with Marsh after Marsh sold CVS it’s pharmacies.
