Police say they arrested a Muncie man after he called 911, time and time again. 35-year-old Jonothon Fyffe of the 800 block of West 11th Street made the calls after being cited for playing loud music late Wednesday night. Now he’s charged with misuse of a 911 system and was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
