A malfunctioning headlight leads to a heroin arrest. An ISP trooper spotted the vehicle at Memorial Drive and Gharkey Street in Muncie. He pulled the car over to notify the driver and discovered he had a suspended license while the passenger 36-year-old Lester Swafford of Muncie, was found to be wanted on warrants and had heroin and a syringe in his possession.
