A collision shut down part of SR 3 in northern Delaware County Thursday morning after a tanker truck and a pickup truck crashed between Royerton and the Muncie Bypass. The pickup truck driver and a female passenger were taken to the hospital. The tanker truck driver wasn’t hurt.
