He’s been arrested for the murder of a 25-year-old Anderson man. 30-year-old James Henry Stewart is being held in the Madison County Jail on accusations that he gunned down Montez McCloud after an altercation that took place between McCloud and two women associated with Stewart. Police say Stewart was the gunman in the Tuesday night shooting on Jefferson Street in Anderson.
