Some big changes are coming to a section of State Road 38 in New Castle. Next week, construction will begin at the intersections of SR 38 and Henry County Roads 275 and 300 West. The $1.6 million project will straighten the highway and lower the elevation. During the construction, traffic on 38 will be detoured south to I-70.
