Police say a Muncie man was texting and intoxicated when he crashed his vehicle into the back of another late last month. 34 year old Tanner Swain has been charged in Henry County traffic court. He faces counts of driving while intoxicated and causing serious injury. Police say Swain drove his pickup into the rear of a minivan on Ind. 3 near Prairie Road.
