Nine New Homes Behind Geater

Through its not-for-profit arm, JobSource is planning to construct nine houses behind the Geater Center in Anderson. The organization recently obtained nine lots along Morton Street from Madison County’s tax rolls. JobSource is considering several options for the site, including single-family homes & duplexes and is in conversations with potential investors.
