Muncie Police have arrested a mother after her two-year-old son was found alone at a bus stop by a MITS bus driver. Brooke Hicks was arrested for neglect of a dependent after police were dispatched to the 4000 block of S. Pinewood Drive. There they found a two-year-old boy outside alone without an adult. Police believe the child had been left alone for more than 8 hours. Hicks was taken into custody. Child Protective Services took custody of her son.
