Two Indiana State Police Troopers driving on Walnut Street in Muncie early Saturday morning had a run in with an intoxicated man who walked out in front of their unmarked cruiser, then demanded a ride and tried to get inside. 50 year old John Johnson Jr. was given a blood alcohol test and blew nearly three time the legal limit. It was also determined there was a warrant out for his arrest, charging him with nonsupport of a dependent child, and was also found to be carrying marijuana. Police say he also had pot on him.
