The Libertarian Party of Madison County elected officers at its annual convention Saturday. Rick Brown will serve as chairman, succeeding Greg Noland. Carletta Morrison is vice chairman, Elizabeth Van Horn is secretary, and Matt Gallegos is treasurer. The Herald Bulletin reports that the party’s three-day state convention starts Friday in Evansville.
