An intoxicated man staggered up to a car and told the two men inside that he needed a ride. The two Indiana State Troopers in an unmarked car were more than happy to oblige. 50-year-old John Johnson Jr. blew nearly three times the legal limit. There was also a warrant out for his arrest.
