A vacant house destroyed by fire last week had been involved in an earlier investigation by the Kokomo Fire Department. Investigators say the blaze was intentionally set, as the structure had no utility hook-ups that could have served as a source of the ignition. That same property was one of four sites investigated after a string of vacant house fires back in February.
