Two people are dead after a crash in Randolph County. Police were called to Base Road south of Winchester. There, they found two vehicles had collided. The driver of one of the vehicles 20-year-old Tanner Folkner of Winchester died at a local hospital. One of his passengers, 17-year-old Nicholas Olsen was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle declined medical treatment.
