Court Denies Appeal Of Convicted Molester

The state appeals court has upheld a Muncie man’s child molestation convictions. 60-year-old William G. Culler argued that there was not sufficient evidence to support two of his molesting convictions.  The Indiana Court of Appeals disagreed. Culler was sentenced to 108 years in prison. His projected release date is June of 2070.
