Police said a Winchester man drove for as long as 15 hours with the body of a female overdose victim in the back seat of his car. The Star Press reports that 37-year-old Ryan K. Fisher has been charged with reckless homicide after 34-year-old Angela Kay Moore, of Union City, overdosed while they were at a Randolph County pond.
