The Indiana Department of Workforce Development is cracking down on those who commit unemployment benefits fraud. And it includes at least two people from EC Indiana. Barry L. Wyatt of Alexandria was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to repay more than 20-thousand dollars while Franklin P. Davis of Marion was sentenced to two years of home detention, two years of probation and ordered to repay nearly 25-thousand dollars.
