Madison County sheriff’s deputies have arrested an Indianapolis man for participating in what officers’ suspect is a fake cash checking ring targeting Indiana casinos. According to the Herald Bulletin, 23-year-old Donte Harris used a forged check to receive a 25-hundred-dollar cash advance at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.
