State Take Over Of Muncie Community Schools?

Indiana lawmakers are considering a proposal that would allow the state to take over the financially troubled Muncie Community Schools district. Republicans who control the Legislature say the state ought to intervene and appoint an emergency manager after both Muncie and Gary Indiana schools failed to fix their problems.
