Some excitement as Ozzy Osbourne and son Jack visited Muncie City Hall Tuesday. Back in 2007, Jack was in a reality TV series that brought celebrities to Muncie to team up with city police. The pair is currently filming a TV reality series called “Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour”. A large film crew was with them yesterday.
