A Winchester man accused of keeping an overdose victim’s body in his car for as long as 15 hours faces related criminal charges in Jay Superior Court. 37-year-old Ryan K. Fisher has officially been charged with perjury and obstruction of justice in the April 4 death of Angela Kay Moore of Union City.
