A Muncie woman who had been accused of embezzling more than a quarter-million dollars from her former employer is seeking a new trial. The second attorney for Kimberly K. Martin is accusing another lawyer of agreeing to a bench trial without having Martin’s consent to waive her right to a jury trial. The judge will consider the request at a Wednesday hearing.
