Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler has a very busy day tomorrow. The mayor will give his State of the City address Tuesday morning at 7:30 at the Horizon Convention Center. The “Five Minutes with the Mayor” program will also be held tomorrow from 4pm to 6pm in the Mayor’s conference room at city hall.
