A slew of charges face a Muncie man accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a pre-teen girl. 33-year-old Robert Joe Adkins Jr. is charged with molesting, solicitation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The alleged victim told police that Adkins, who was a friend of a member of her extended family, had abused her repeatedly over a period of years.
