Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler’s Five Minutes with the Mayor has been rescheduled. It is being delayed a week, until next Tuesday, April 18th, from 4pm to 6pm in the Mayor’s conference room. Mayor Tyler’s State of the City address will take place earlier that morning at 7:30 at the Horizon Convention Center.
