A Muncie man is charged after police say he fired a gun at another man. 37 year old David Bond Jr. of the 900 block of East Eighth Street faces a count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and receiving stolen property. The man who says he’s the victim claims he was walking in the area of Sampson Avenue and 10th Street early Monday when a man pulled up in a gold Buick, called him a “punk” and “fired one round from a handgun. The bullet missed the man.
