Suzanne Crump is out as Central’s athletic director. She had been in that role since 2014 and was reassigned to teach math at the Youth Opportunity Center. Officials say athletics supervisor Tom Lyon and principal Christopher Walker will oversee operations within the athletic department. Walker tells the Star Press the move is one of several happening soon throughout the distict, but did not elaborate.
