Coroner Says Act Was Intentional

The Madison County coroner says witness reports make it evident that it was an intentional act. That’s the way authorities are handling the case of the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a train in Elwood on Saturday. The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Christian James Hott.
