Some excitment in Muncie Tuesday as Ozzy Osbourne and son Jack turned up in Town. Back in 2007, Jack was in a reality TV series that brought celebrities to Muncie to team up with city police. Late Tuesday morning, the pair showed up at City Hall, took some photos with fans and spent time with officers and officials. As they left, Jack Osbourne was in a police uniform and helped Dad into a protective vest. Their mission here this time wasn’t clear.
