Blackford Now Proactive On Inmate Health

Blackford County is now in taking a proactive stance in helping offenders who are suffering from substance abuse or mental illness. The county officially has begun offering services to inmates needing assistance through Recovery Works, a statewide program overseen by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
