Dozens of arrest warrants in Bloomington, where excise officers issued 177 warrants for 62 teens. Many of the violations are alleged to have happened at the Bluebird Nightclub when the minors used fake ids to try to get in the door. Excise and bar management worked together after they were alerted to the problem.
