Police say she walked away from a friend who was overdosing, now a Muncie woman faces charges. 25 year old Ashley Rudisill of the 1700 block of South Elm Street, was found with heroin and drug paraphernalia when questioned by police. She told officers she came out of the Family Dollar Store at 2100 S. Madison Street Monday afternoon and found her ex-boyfriend overdsing in a car. She said she stayed with him for a time but left when an ambulance got there. She was sent to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
