New Apartment Complex For Lapel

The Lapel Town Council has voted to approve the rezoning of land along West Indiana 132 to make way for a 30-unit apartment complex. The Pleasantview development will not require a tax abatement or town funding. Construction is set to begin this summer with rentals opening up in spring 2018.
